                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL AND
                   EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS,
                   RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING SERVICES ON CONTRACT
                   NO. 37D2, LOWER AMNICOLA PARALLEL
                   INTERCEPTOR II, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
                   SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($76,700.00), WITHOUT PRIOR

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       approval and execution of an Agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc. relative to engineering services on Contract
       No. 37D2, Lower Amnicola Parallel Interceptor II, at a cost not 
to
       exceed $76,700.00, without prior approval.
